WHat are the solutions for New Beetle headlights? I have been through 2 sets of OEMs due to fog and would love a glass alternative.

is this actual glass, like a window?
or is it plexi glass?
if its real glass, can it shatter?

It is real glass, it COULD shatter, but its very strong, and the dimensions make it strong IMHO
