I just bought me a clear scale from Walgreens ($10.00 bucks) and saw that I just lost another 3, so I will put that in my next video.  Thanks for the well wishes.......

Hey lady! I had to drink Opti-Fast for 2 wks for my pre-op diet & that was it; 5 of those a day; honey mine was over Thanksgivin so I cheated; but still lost so don't stress, just get right back on it & go on! You're doing fine tho from the sound of it. I'm approaching my 20 lb lost mark so I'm stoked over that! Hopefully, I'll be vlog'in soon! Have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
