Lorene Henderson 2011 Senior Recital; Translation: Roses I plucked by night from the dark hedge; they breathed sweeter fragrance than ever by day. Yet the shaken boughs abundantly shed dew which showered upon me. Likewise enticed me, as never before, the fragrance of the kisses which I gathered by night from the rosebud of your lips: yet also upon you, shaken in spirit like them, fell the dew of tears!
