Totally! I no its like a dissapointment but we will live with it like we did with sims 2 u cnt go into work or school with em but...u can see where they are in the building

apparently wen ur sim goes to school or work they r hidden so we wont see them in gameplay while there at work:( but this game is still gonna be sweet i cnt w8 coz its seamless so no loading pages :D
