This was our first time at a "stepper's" event. This video showcased Dallas and Detroit swingout, Houston swingout n twostep, and Detroit ball room dancing. We had a really good time seeing all the various styles that Houston has to offer. Of course we were represented by our instructors from ASLD Dance Studio; Reggie, Ron, Jennifer, and Shellie. This video showcase's most of the instructors in the Houston area.

So cool! If you grew up in the 80s or earlier, there is a sense of style in clothing and attitude that is very much missed in today's world. We believed in grooming so when it's time to step out, us 40 and uppers do it with class! Lol! :) Nice video!

These people are in Texas. They have their style. If I remember my history lesson in black dance, stepping is just a child of the Lindy, which originated in the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem NY. You just put your spin on an old dance.

This is a great video. But, If this was a black & white ball, why was that couple in all gold? Other wise they good together.
