Hi Matt,
I noticed the shoulder strap of the bag appears to not have any type of padding. Is that correct? If so, it could get uncomfortable if the bag is packed full and worn for any real length of time.

A little too loose for me, thanks for the review. If its a real messenger bag I expect a real strap with pad and non-slip material. That strap is embarrassing, I can see some red necks from wearing that. Bottom protection is important, but I always drop in some closed cell foam for extra protection.
