Salt croissants - recipe
Dough:
Teacup
-bit of barm (2 small spoons)
-1 cup of limp water
-1 sugar lump
Bowl
-250 ml of limp milk
-1 cup of olive oil
-2 eggs
-1 spoon of salt
All pieces fit together and slowly subjoin flour.
Add flour as you wish knead dough well.
Cover dough and leave it on warm place to advene (at least 1 hour).
Divide dough in in 4 pieces. Every attenuate and divide on 8 equal pieces.
Pan smear with margarine.
Form croissants and fill them.
Leave croissants in pan covered to advene for about half an hour.
Every croissant smear with albumen or just put piece of margarine on each.
Put in the oven to bake at a temperature of 250 celsius.
Fill
-squeeze cheese (if it s too salty, leave it in water to get salt out of it)
-add one egg
-add salt if cheese isnt salty
-mix it
Sweet croissants
-add less salt in dough (1/2 spoon of salt)
-wash lemon
-add more sugar (2 or 3 lumps)
-put bit of lemon peel in dough
-fill croissants with jam or some other sweet fill which you like (i prefer walnuts and jam of apricot mixed)

Slane kiflice - recept
Tijesto:
Solja
-malo germe (2 male kasike)
-1 fildzan mlake vode
-1 kocka secera
Zdjela
-250 ml mlijeka umlaciti
-1 fildzan ulja
-2 jajeta
-1 kasika soli
Sve sastojke sastaviti i postepeno dodavati brasno po potrebi.
Dobro izraditi tijesto.
Pokriti tijesto i ostaviti na toplo mjesto
da nadodje (najmanje sat vremena).
Razdijeliti tijesto u 4 loptice. Svaku rastanjiti i podijeliti na 8 dijelova.
Pleh premazati margarinom.
Praviti kiflice i filovati filom.
Kiflice ostaviti pokrivene u plehu da nadodju (pola sata).
Svaku kiflicu premazati bjelanjcetom i margarinom.
Peci na temperaturi od 250 C.
Fil:
-izgnjeciti sir mladi ili trvnicki (prethodno ostaviti sat vremena u vodi da se izvuce so)
-dodati cijelo jaje
-dodati soli po potrebi (za mladi sir-malu kasicicu)
Slatke kiflice:
-u tijesto dodati manje soli (pola male kasike)
-dobro oprati limun
-dodati malo vise secera (2 ili 3 kocke) i izrendati koru od limuna (sitno)
-filovati sa dzemom od sljiva ili mljevenim orasima pomijesanim sa secerom i mlijekom (orasi se mogu pomijesati i sa dzemom od kajsija)
