  • Does anyone give a shit about this band yet? hmm I guess not.

  • @MrRainbowsoup I've been trying to get into them as well.. Their musicianship is outstanding and the singing is good, it's just when he tries to do hardcore vocals that takes me out of it =x .. The show is going to be absolutely phenomenal and you know because Protest the Hero is headlining haha.. April 10th in Milwaukee for this panda bear!

  • this is very good , the lyrics also are pro

  • @ImIntoAnimals Well, I think Periphery has a pretty cool sound to them.. They're like djent and progressive metal and math metal in one.. You know Mishas is the one who popularized djent, taking influence from SikTh and Messhuggah. So Periphery more or less started the whole djent trend that's appearing EVERYWHERE so I wouldn't consider them poppy at all, just influential. The Safety Fire has incredible musicianship, it's just when he tries hardcore vocals that takes me out of it.

  • @ScyllaAndCharybdis1 same here man. I'm trying to like The Safety Fire but the vocals aren't my cup of tea. Not that they're bad per-say but the other bands seem far better in my opinion. Still going to be a great show (Aprill 11th in Detroit for me )

  • this song and video.. both are PERFECT like... omg..

  • @ScyllaAndCharybdis1 The Safety Fire, are the shit. Honestly I think the worst of the bunch is Periphery... but idk something about them just comes off of a pop-band with the djent gimmick sticker stuck on. But honestly Mishas work before he became "djent" is fantastic.

  • @Deathfire26 Yeah man, the only thing I'm a little sketchy about is The Safety Fire. They have cool riffs and what not but I'm not a big fan of the vocals. Protest the Hero, Periphery, and Jeff Loomis I know for sure are going to be awesome though.

  • @ScyllaAndCharybdis1 Same. These guys look promising. I cant wait to see them.

  • I've never heard of this band until I got my tickets to go see Protest the Hero next month. Pretty good, I like it. Pumped as hell for that concert.
