Hello... here is an update of my release on the HCG protocol. Please share your thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc with me. I am learning so much from you and will continue to share as well.

I stopped my round at 24 days because I want food prepared by other people, olive oil, cheese, etc. We will do the happy dance in a few days! I am preparing for Phase 3 and Maintenance, have been researching proper foods for my body type as well as recipe options for meals without starch and sugar.

My stats:
Started Day 1 Phase 1
135.4 lbs; 31.5% body fat

Day 19 Phase 2
121.2 lbs; 27.3% body fat; 50% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1888 calories a day to maintain

Day 20 Phase 2
122.4 lbs; 28.2% body fat; 49.4% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1889 calories a day to maintain

Day 21 Phase 2
122 lbs; 28.1% body fat; 49.5% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1885 calories a day to maintain

Day 22 Phase 2
121 lbs; 27.7% body fat; 49.8% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1880 calories a day to maintain

Day 23 Phase 2
121.6 lbs; 27.6% body fat; 49.9% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1889 calories a day to maintain

Day 24 Phase 2
121.4 lbs; 26.8% body fat; 50.4% water; 4.6 lbs bone mass and 1900 calories a day to maintain

Goal was 117 lbs but that will need to be next time.

**Please notes, above numbers are taken from my Tanita BC-534 scale which is known to be consistently inaccurate. Water is % water estimated in the body. Bone mass is calculated bone mass mineral in the body. Calories is estimate number of calories a user of the scale can eat in a 24 hour period to maintain the previous statistics. Can age is according to my basal metabolic rate.

  • Don't get discouraged. I lost 20+lbs on my first round. Went through some personal heart ache and let it go. Gained it all back. Im back on the protocol and I'm taking my time. You're a healthy eater, it'll come off. You know that the more you have to lose the first few are the easiest. Stay positive!!!!

  • @jalitsa Thank you for your comment. Heartbreak sucks when accompanied with weight gain... as though the heart break wasn't enough ;(. If you need anything, I'm here... and so are all of us. Happy Releases and great strength to your heart! Hugs!
