Hilarious police "car" chase involving multiple carts driven by Bulgarian Roma (gypsies). The chase takes place on the streets of a Bulgarian gypsy ghetto. Roma people constitute the second largest minority and third largest ethnic group in Bulgaria. The Roma in Bulgaria, like in many other European countries, face deep-rooted problems of exclusion in employment, education, housing and other areas.
