Rape!...Too Drunk to Consent?

At what point can a woman claim to be too drunk to give consent to sex with a man? And if she cannot remember giving consent due to alcoholic intoxication, can she legitimately claim to have been raped?

I had a girlfriend who became extremely amorous when she was drunk and wouldn't take no for an answer. Was I supposed to refuse her every time she'd been drinking? What happens if your partner has an alcohol problem? Can you never have sex with them because they are frequently drunk? How about if we turn it around and a sober woman has sex with a drunk man? Can she now be charged with rape?

1) If a person--of his/her OWN FREE WILL--gets drunk, s/he is responsible of all the stupid decisions his/her drunk brain came up with.

2) If a person is UNWITTINGLY DRUGGED and then has sex, it's rape.

3) Claiming boozy sex as "rape" is demeaning to women who *actually have* endured forced sex.
