  • wow Im impressed with this...I'm in remission from cancer and don't always feel like riding my bike..this is excellent for me to do in the living room...I've just started but look forward to the wt. coming off! Due to all the meds I take I tend to gain without trying! lol...Glad this was posted!..Keep up the good workouts!

  • This is a great way to get moving when you are sitting at you desk at home. It really does get the blood pumping and a great energy boost.

  • i'm a heavy weight but I do love t his workout, 2 minutes but has given me a pheww!!! amazing feeling, I feel refreshed!

    If you feel stress or tired in the office, pls do this even for one minute, you will be recharged!!

  • I love Leslie Sansone's workouts! I have the 4 mile and 5 mile walks. I use the mini walks on the days that I take care of my elderly father to keep my mood and metabolism up They are perfect for exercising in between other chores. Thanks Leslie!

    I've started doing her Walk the walk dvd and is feeling so much better for it.

    It is hilarious when I am at my most tired and breathing like an horse and she says, with that big smile: " I'm sure there will be fitness in heaven, of course there will be, why wouldn there be"

    And I feel like collapsing!

    Great excercise routine.
