Type won yho by jaroslaw suska. watch this guy a 5th dan ITF direct descendant training from the founder of Taekwon-do General Choi hong hi. The sign wave is key to Taekwon-do's power. In its movements and sparring. Not being funny dude. this is poor. you missed out movements, no sign wave. it doesnt flow. if it dont flow it aint Taekwon-do.
@cmsif78 But the Pattern is Wrong. No Bending Ready Stance, No L-Stance(all were fixed stances, No Circular Blocks) You don't have to do Sign Wave but you do need to do the proper techniques.
This is traditional Chang Han-style TKD. Not that speedy, circular, bouncy style you see most other places. Remember, techniques and forms vary from style to style. With the TWA style, precision and rigidity are paramount. Particular attention is paid to artistic form, not sacrificed for speed. Notice how crisp and precise his movements are. That is martial ART!
@TheNoOneSpecialHere i dunno he is learning a different pattern or if he should get a new instructor, let's face it, there were lots of things wrong in this pattern
