I'll probably buy the entire dvd collection because it's a very funny type of series. It's a collector's item. They don't make series this good anymore.

This show is like unpasteurized Stilton Cheese. It's raw cheese with bugs that make it delicious. Most shows now are politically correct (pasteurized).

This is bareback and living on the edge kind of comedy.

@renewer - Albert asks Chef where he got the Stilton - the point of the Salmon Mousse wasn't to make Albert ask for the recipe, it was to remove ANY weakness from Chef's lineup. He gave him the stew to show that he didn't NEED Albert's approval of his methods... and he got the cheese so that Albert would have to ask him where he got it
