My Heart If You Will Swear ~*~A Maiko Video~*~

Is this - gasps! It's a Maiko video! From me! I am disgusted at myself.

Okay, not really. I heard this song ( having been in love with the soundtrack of the musical ever since my parents gave to me as a present many, many centuries ago...) again recently and to me, it screamed: MAIKO!!

Dark, evil, twisted Maiko, the way only Maiko can be*.

The story is simple to those who don't really know the context of the song.

Mai is in love with Zuko - in fact they're betrothed, have been since childhood. But by now Zuko is falling in love with Katara and Mai isn't too happy. So in this song she gives him a choice: he can have Katara (and lose out on riches he will gain through the marriage) or he can have her... if he kills Katara.

Will he? Won't he?

I'm thinking of doing a follow up to this with another song from the musical *Torn Apart* from Zuko's POV - but I want to wait until I might get Song Vegas as there's this one particular effect I want to use...

Oh well! Enjoy! Remember, I own nothing!

Oh, dark love xD

Mai is my favorite character in the show, so I'm feeling with her. I love this song, positively dark (though not positive at all xD) and with a beautiful vocal. The video was nice, too :)

I'm in LOVE with this vid. This is one of the BEST maiko vids! Now I'm addicted to this song. Amazing, amazing, amazing . . . I love my maiko any way, but dark and twisted is perfect here. muahahaha
