its tail heavy, the charescteristics are that of a 3d plane, i ahte 3d planes.

I've got a GWS yellow slowstick and I use a 1250mah 20c li-po and it scoots! the plane is like a kite tho it really grabs the wind.

What motor is on there?

great flying

actually, it's balanced right on the CG recommended by GWS. It might appear to fly tail heavy due to the combination of current flying style, max throws, a slight breeze (coming in from the left) and about twice as much power as its supposed to have. But since you're such an expert, I'm sure you already knew that.

i have a GWS slowstick with a bruss motor but flight time is only a max 8 min

when I had a stock brushed motor I had two batteries - a GWS 600mah 6-AA cell NICD pack and a Sony 1350mah 2 cell lithium ion pack. With aerobatic flying the nicd got about 8 minutes flight time and the lithium ion got 6 to 8 minutest flight time but when flying as slowly as possible, the nicd's longest flight time was 12 minutes and I got 27 minutes once with the lithium ion.

you can get one in the air for between $150 and $190 - add more $ for more power / extra batteries.

I'm not really sure - it's been quite a while since I flew FMS
