Professor Stephen Hawking will take viewers on a journey through the Universe to explore the mysteries of physics.
Stephen Hawking: Master of the Universe, looks at how Professor Hawking overcame a life-threatening diagnosis to become the most famous physicist alive and, alongside other leading cosmologists, continues to introduce scientific ideas that weren't even imagined two decades ago.
The series will deal with Hawking's quest for a 'Theory of Everything', which could explain everything from the unimaginably vast scale of supernovae, black holes and dark matter, to the infinitesimally small sub-atomic world where quantum effects mean anything is possible.
"How can we understand the Universe? Is it arbitrary, or is there a grand design? Do we still need a God? Twenty years on, my need to find answers to the fundamental questions about our existence, is undiminished," Professor Hawking said.
"My life's work has been to unify the theories of the very large and the very small. Only then can we answer the more challenging questions. Why are we here? Where did we come from?"

  • DAMN YOU 240P. 2012 Y U DO THIS?!

  • must suck if he gets an itch.....

  • @nadsayyed1 He inputs what the machine says with his cheek you fucking idiot.

  • what is the evidence that this machine is the voice of stephen hawkings, i think paralyzed stephen along with this machine is used by some third party to introduce their atheistic beliefs in common man's life.

  • @skylinefolife

he has a full life, the disease has crippled his body but his mind is free in so many ways.

don't feel sad for him, he is doing what he loves, be happy for him, because he has the strength to overcome those limitations and become a great man.

  • When Hawking said, "Do we still need a God?" (2:21) And then looked down; it made me feel sad... Only because some people, like Hawking, deserve another chance to experience a full life, without boundaries... :(

  • Long live professor Hawking !

  • I saw this on TV today but i missed most of the beginning, thanks for posting!
