Even though they got in hella fights he always loved Mayhem. This movie is one of the best hip hop stories ever. If only I could get my hands on the soundtrack!

I agree. I bought this on VHS, and that was my first thought. This is one of the better hip hop stories.

The acting, the storyline, and, of course, the sound track are happening. In some ways, I'm surprise this movie did not get more play because it does stand our from most of the rest of "hip hop" movie.

ive always been confuse as to if jaxx lives or dies in the end..ive leaned more to the fact the idea that he dies,so after looking it up online.unfortunately to all youtubers that say he lives, he is indeed killed in the end. at least that's what im getting from an article on the movie.FYI

I remember I was 13 when this movie came out I cried at the end because this song means so much even tho Merlin Santana is no longer with us he did an excellent job in this movie so did Rasaan Nall even tho Jaxx lived this just goes to show there's dangerous ppl in Hip-Hop
