Can you add TYT. The Constitution does not address Homosexuality. That makes it a States Rights issue by default. Sexuality is not a civil right issue and they can do as they please in private. Discrimination is accessed only against the demands of the gay lobby. Rejecting the Gay lobby demands is legitimate discrimination.

Race relations are nobody business unless rights are violated and race cannot be the issue. Only the violation of rights. Activists know the Fed and his courts can end run states rights and the Constitution to expedite the socialist progressive agenda. hence the battle over Justices. Morons are clueless that activism will come back to haunt them when the conservative is gone.

She told the truth and then back peddled. Damn moron. Precedent is a decision that had no prior decision to refer to. Policy is what courts set when they make decisions that override existing legislation or fill in where the Constitution does not address.
Where the Constitution does not address is a states rights issue and she knows that. She is a liar.
Homosexuality, abortion, and private business are states rights issues.
Fire arms, free speech are Constitutional issues.
