@kidkaras Yep, me too... I used to sing this on Saturdays and my wife thought I was crazy. When I finally found the episode on DVD I had to rip it and post to YouTube to show her where it came from.

I guess it is kind of hard for some people to believe that Petey was in fact a Pit -- I suppose it's from the way the Mainstream Media has demonized the Pit Bull throughout the years. I wonder, in this scene, if Petey was even thinking about ripping Spanky's face off since Pit's are naturally evil and vicious dogs... or maybe he was digging all the love and attention Spanky was giving him...
