My Miranda Kerr VS Angel Diet....I researched in great detail what she eats how many calories daily...1200 her workout regimen etc; and I have lost 6 pounds in about a week and a half maybe less. Watch my newest video I have now lost another pound-and my dates were off, it was 9 days total not 14 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my GF got amazing Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

Although other information seem right, I don't think she eats 1200 kcal a day. She probably eats more like 1800. When you're that tall and is fit, you can eat a lot (like me, I'm skinny and I eat over 2000). But since she's a model, she probably eats a little less.

just eat a lot and workout a lot in that way you wouldn't go too cranky for the sudden decrease of what your body has gotten used to on the calorie intake. Having more muscles as fitness experts says it helps burning more calories. So just have more muscle but don't bulk up too much...

I started on this diet yesterday too, and I am so motivated. I noticed in your video that you stated that miranda kerr never exceeds 1200 calories a day - where did you get that information, because I haven't been able to find it. In several interviews she states that she eats a lot. otherwise a remarkable initiative ! love.

I think that this diet is great and I really want to start it but I have no idea how my menu should be? What you usually eat for breakfast&lunch& dinner when you are on this diet? It is really important for me :)
