In this video I will show you how to broadcast to a site like ustream or justin.tv using a AverTV CaptureHD capture card. This can be a pain in the arse as this capture card can be buggy with certain software. To follow the video you will need to know basic knowledge about streaming and stuff :)
First off... after you have got your AverTV card, you should install the latest software for it, you should find it here: http://www.avermedia.com/avertv/product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=530&tab=APD...
Once you have done that, install FME2.5. I use 2.5 because with the later versions, this capture card somtimes causes your PC to Blue Screen. Get that here: http://www.brothersoft.com/adobe-flash-media-encoder-59752.html
You will also need VHMultiCam which you can get here: http://www.brothersoft.com/vh-multi-camera-studio-117373.html
Now try and follow the video, if you run into any problems, try looking them up or asking me via a message or in the comments section.
Also... if you want the little resolution generator I used in the video, you can get that here: http://www.nextlvlgaming.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=86
NOTE: When streaming using VHMultiCam, don't minimise the VHMultiCam window cause it causes the video to lag.
Is there any delay at all when recording? Is it worth buying an HDMI splitter?

The card has digital tv input and multicam only detects bda analog capture and secondary not like avermedia center that detects dtv input

@xSniper9182 Yup, I suppose you could use VhScrCap or something to capture live TV from the AverMedia Center
