would this be good to learn on? I play guitar but I wanna get into keyboards and piano so I can start to compose easier

Hi,
I play guitar and I'm going to start learning piano/keyboard. I have a mac with garage band, so do you think I would be better with a USB keyboard controller (like this) or something like a Yamaha YPT210 beginner keyboard? I prefer to start on good quality stuff rather than buy cheap stuff and then keep replacing it, but I know NOTHING about keyboards so I'm really in need of help.

omg the 12 string is the best ever I've heard from a sampler any other programs/plugins that emulate a 12 string that well without paying that much cash?

Hi there! Can you help in one question? Can I use this keyboard with ableton live, cubase, fl studio? and it suports mac and all versions of windows?

@PowerOfStrings As far as I know, it is compatible with any program that supports VSTs (PCs) or AUs (Mac). I am not a Windows person... I believe there is a MachFive forum at the Motunation com website.
