A cover of Bob Dylan's "Blowin' In the Wind" in dedication to my pops. I love ya pops-- thanks for serving our country well (he received the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart) in the Vietnam War and also thank you for helping me to fulfill my dreams.

I reversed the 2nd and 3rd part here by accident I printed out the lyrics incorrectly. This is how I sing it:

"Blowin In the Wind"
How many roads must a man walk down
Before they call him a man
How many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand
How many times must the cannonballs fly
Before they are forever banned
The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky
How many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry
How many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died
The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

How many years can a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea
How many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free
How many times can a man turn his head
And pretend that he just doesn't see
The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

  • Thank you. If you listened in the video--I say I play it by ear. I dont read music very well. I am sure you can find it at any music store.

  • Your rendition of this song is played better than Bob Dylan plays it.

  • I remember watching this video about a year ago.

    I've never forgotten it. :)

  • @fiftyninechickens He can have as much pride as he wants, his father most likely had no choice on entering the Vietnam war as many of the soldiers were draftees.

  • Good cover. I have respect for your Father. But in all honesty there is no pride what so ever in wearing that jacket, noor is there that your Father was in the Vietnam war. I'm not sure if you know much on the war, because i'm sure if you did. You'd realise that that is nothing to be proud of to wear that jacket. No offence intended..
