i have seen so many mills mess videos, and have been practising for 4 weeks to get the move.. But none really helped me to do the continuos thing.. Just a couple of looks at your video, and i can do it now ! Amazing ! Rated 5!! you deserve it. THANKS!

It's easier to start while having 2 balls in the hand on top, and then also catching third ball with the hand on top, not with the one underneath. So at the end no matter which side, you will have 2 balls in the hand that's on top. I don't get it why you are starting with harder version.

@kobi6538 How about forgetting about your hand movement? Just focus on the balls' path. In the end, it's your hands that do the magic, not your brain. Sorry for this philosophical advice ;-p But, you know, wanting to learn it and knowing that you will eventually get it is all you need.
