@117piehitman May be a bit late but better late than never, right? Look for a file called GameCfg in the scripts folder. Open it with the notepad and edit the following lines:
Bladex.SetBloodLevel(0)
Bladex.SetMutilationLevel(0)
Replace the 0 by a 1 and get ready to roll!

You need a cheat to enable the gore in the demo version.

You have to go to the multiplayer options, and set your name as sesame. then search the gore options in the menu.
I'm not sure if that is the correct way but you can find it on the internet search by yourself.
