4th Amendment violating "sobriety" checkpoints established at Kinney & Bopp Road in Tucson, AZ which is a street intersection that leads into peoples' neighborhoods.

This is the adolescent steps towards full-blown Martial Law.

"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." -Benjamin Franklin

  • The BIG question is-how many drunks were taken off the road before they killed somebody. I drive a truck, and u want to bitch about your rights/ My partner got pulled over, and i was woke up, and told the vacate the sleeper, so they could search the truck for drugs. Think MY rights were violated?? U don't hear me bitchin about my rights. After he didn't find any drugs, the cop apologized

  • @179178 Enjoy your nanny police state. R.I.P. U.S.A.

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!" -Samuel Adams

  • The founding fathers never concieved of people operating 3 tons of steel at a mile as minute through populated area. Your precious 4th amendment rights have nothing to do with checking on people late at night who are usually drunk and a danger to the general public. Don't want to be checked? Don't operate a motor vehicle queer.

  • 1) The Founding Fathers were inventors (read: Ben Franklin) and I'm pretty sure they had wagons with wheels on them that were on packed streets with animals, children, etc.

    2) "Your" or "Our" ? You make it sound like you and I are in a separate boat. Unless you renounced your rights, in which case, why are you still here?

    3) I suppose those of us that have to leave our house based upon our personal needs at night, shouldn't be allowed to operate motor vehicles?

    4) Netflix "Idiocracy"

  • DUI, is big bucks for local justice systems everywhere. if you don't like it, don't drive drunk. That's the only way to beat the game, cause the checkpoints are not going away, and continually screaming about civil rights violations is a not working.

  • In the words of Samuel Adams, "Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."

  • @179178 wow, you didn't bitch! then you deserve none of the rights we are fighting for.

  • so, oppland.........u can go fuck your ignorant self

  • would have made my life miserable

  • love the name calling, but let me give u a little hint......the 4th amendment of the U. S. constitution is not observed everywhere you go, i.e. international borders, other countries. You have to follow the rules of that country. i could have put up fight, but, those guys in the robes and funny wigs

  • @179178 OK goody two-shoes. Riddle me this. Suppose I rent a rig, or a car or whatever, and some dumbass that previously rented it put drugs in it, and now I take the rap. What'd ya say then, dumbass? You'd be "bitchin" about your rights then! That's if you get your phone call to your attorney to defend the charges...lol. You people never think about the permutations that a situation can end up in. It's not a matter of nothing to hide, it's a matter of getting rapped for others' actions!!

  • I'm not a U.S. citizen you idiot so I doubt a "person like me" is responsible for the shambles the United States is in. I'm far from ignorant as well. You, however, are ignorant of the way the world works and how to survive without your precious American laws and regulations, that actually bind you from realizing true freedom. So yeah, I'll spectate as humans destroy each other. Good luck in that cluster ftuck you call "the best country on earth."

  • @JohnnyMac496

People have it, just hasn't hit the mainstream yet
