LOTUS EVORA TEST DRIVE - BEST MID ENGINE 2+2 IN THE WORLD !!!

This is the 2011 Lotus Evora, the largest and most comfortable car Lotus has ever made, yet it still retains the famous razor sharp handling the brand is known for.
The Evora 2+2 is advertised as the worlds only production mid-engine/rear drive car with a backseat. That said, the back seat is not really big enough for humans but is very convenient to carry plenty of stuff, making the car quite practical. Plus, Lotus has gone to great lengths to make the humans that do fit into this car more comfortable than in past models. Lots of creature comforts such as Sat/Nav, beautifully stitched apholstery, power folding mirrors, and a back up camera make the Evora a very pleasant vehicle when you're not scaring yourself silly trying to find the limits of it's handling capabilities.
That's exactly where this car really shines. 0-60 mph happens in 4.9 seconds which puts it firmly in super car territory and the handling is flat out amazing. The steering feel is PERFECT and somehow the suspension is downright comfortable for a vehicle that truly handles like a go-cart.

@DjLsMixes Yeah, it was actually kind of practical and very comfortable. It shocked me that the thing was so fast in the corners but so plush over the bumps! I've NEVER experienced those two things at the same time in a car.

@vix121 I would take an Sti for sure, for many reasons.. Lower insurance, everyday use, cheap maintenance, better performance, and I just love Subaru
