Today is the one year anniversary of my stage 4 gastric cancer diagnosis. They literally cut me open, said yikes and talked about managing my death as an option. The expectation was 2 to 6 months.

The Colonel is amazing. I have had two back surgeries and suffered from chronic pain most my life. I was on several pain medication, I was really taking a lot. The Colonel is a great guy. Medical doctors tested me & told me my thyroid was fine. After many, many years of feeling sick and tired, I asked the Colonel what might help and he gave me a simple iodine supplement for my thyroid. After a couple of weeks I felt a little better.
