Thank you for this song. I heard it many years ago on a recording from Knott's Berry Farm one of their player pianos. I still have the 45 recording but this is only the second time I ever heard the words.

I love this song. I have a piano roll of it played by the songwriter Harry Akst that I can't wait to hear (I'm having a friend scan it for me).
