Possibly(?) Vice President Biden's Motorcade - FL Ave NW and CT Ave NW, DC - 11/19/2009

I was headed into TD Bank in Dupont Circle when I noticed traffic was stopped and there were police motorcycles flying through. It could only mean one thing... Motorcade. What a treat.

Having been a law enforcement officer in DC for 15 years, here's my two cents: The President's motorcade would normally have two ambulances. There's always an ambulance from the local city, but the secret service has an unmarked one as well. At times, however, the President does travel with fewer vehicles. In addition, there's always a video van to record motorcade movement. The motorcade in this video could also be a head of state.
