@Memphismastermind From what I read at Catsuka, it's the full version of Je t'aime, a short directed by OSHII Mamoru (don't know about the rest of the staff or even the studio, though Production I.G of course likely) which was done as both this full 13-minute version and, in order to fund it (as short films generally don't pay for themselves let alone make any profit), as a music video for GLAY using about half of the footage.
