ah joya buenísimo, mire yo hago Shotokan el que hace Goju Ryu es mi viejo con Fabian Ortiz, el comenzó hace poco, pero quería saber si nosotros siendo pricipiantes podriamos participar

You use yr hip and body weight well, as it should. why not training like this.

LOOKS like a makiwara that mounts to the wall, but mounted to a tire on the wall. Or it could be a piece of wood mounted to the tire.

Hola, es un makiwara casero y nos ha dado muy buenos resultados, además tiene buena absorción del golpe, cosa que es buena ya que sufren menos las muñecas..! El seminario de Sensei Higaonna es 2,3,4 de Abril en Gimnasia La Plata (calle 4 e/51 y 53)
