  • too bad you used that much compression. :(

  • You can thank YouTube for that! ;) THis was done before the HD settings were available, perhaps we'll redo the videos at some point, but the original quality is much higher, please see our website for complete high resolution demos.

  • Strange, jerky manipulation of the swell pedal.

  • This is just due to the video rendering, not the performer's technique or the virtual organ interface.

  • You have to consider the fact, however, that these organs are from the French Romantic period of the 1800's and they didn't have the kind of coupling action that we have today. It was a mechanical coupling action like on other organs from this time period or before.

  • Record on cd and sell, no stupid ears could tell, it´s the original or not. sometimes people love to speech out stupid comments, based on their own frustration. This Cavaillé-Coll sound perfect. If you wat to play at home, take out the rugs and curtains of the hall and use bid speakers to simulate the church ambience, or go to sell popcorns on the streets.

  • Spectacular performance!

  • Very impressive!

  • Thanks for uploading this.

  • So many digitized organs have a mediocre ensemble effect at best, but usually just a horrible clashing of notes ( whatever that is called). This piece sounds very rich and realistic through my headphones. The old adage of garbage in garbage out is never more applicable than in organ rendering. If folks expect youtube to capture every subtle nuance of a pipe organ as sampled digitally then they will most assuredly be disappointed.

I'm just amazed it sounds this good through headphones.Speakers?

  • @ViniciusLoncanis LOL Yes, I, too was wondering when the reed ventils would be activated! Otherwise very convincing..

  • it'd be nice to hear the trumpet volutary in D

  • Just a guess, but one needs more than one midi controller to play this ? does it work with cubase?

  • This is so cool.

  • Very impressive
