Strengthens the back, shoulder and traps.
How To:
Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip with your hands shoulder width apart. Form a V-shape with your elbows and hands at the top of the movement and keep your back straight. Slowly lower the barbell to starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
