This is a short clip of me adding "spinach juice" to my pasta dough. I made the juice by pureeing 1/2 pound of fresh spinach in the food processor then squeezing out all the liquid. The recipe also had me dump in 2 tablespoons of the puree. The dough was later made into pumpkin ravioli. After using the mixer, I kneaded the dough by hand for a while to help mix in the juice and puree better.
