I wish I had your creativity! This is beautiful :-) I was searching for videos with the FS-1 in the middle position...trying to decide what bridge pickup would match.

@jordanb450 Hey man, first off, thank you so much for the compliment. I'm no more creative than anyone else but it doesn't hurt to hear so. For a bridge pickup, I would go with either the Tone Zone, Breed Bridge, or Crunch Lab. I haven't tried the Crunch Lab yet but I'm dying to and as far as I've heard so far everyone is raving about it. What neck pickup are you using?

@quiksilverdew I currently have the factory Ibanez pickups in the RG1550m (V7, S1, V8 or something like that) I was considering either a PAF Pro or a PAF Joe for the neck...I don't know exactly what the difference is between the two. The stock pups are not all that bad, but I am used to playing Strats and the 1550m guitar has a very thin sound when clean. You have an awesome effect in this video, the guitar sounds great!

@jordanb450 You might prefer the PAF Joe if you want a strattier sound. I like the sound it puts out, but you might also be interested in a Duncan Jazz for the neck. Amazing neck pickup in my opinion.

@quiksilverdew Thank you for the suggestions :-) I was leaning more toward the PAF Joe because I greatly admire the Satch and his style; now I may make the purchase. (btw, how do you like the JSX head? I was torn between that and the Carvin X100b I ended up with)

@jordanb450 That's funny, I actually had both a JSX and a Carvin X100a. I still have the Carvin but that's just because I can't get much for it (it's a 1981 model and no one wants the "a" model anymore). I sold the JSX but overall I think the JSX was a better amp, but keep in mind that's between the X100a, not b. I think that the JSX is a great amp if you are on a budget of under 1k, but at this point I would rather have a Mesa Mark IV for that style. I'm actually looking into an Axe-FX now.
