Learn to stretch your rectus abdominis (long abdominal muscle down the front of your torso). Your retcus abdominis is probably tight if you have a posterior pelvic tilt (back is too rounded, or low back arch is flattened out). Stetching a tight rectus abdominis muscle can help prevent injury, improve posture and reduce low back pain.
