My orchestra teacher introduced this song to me the other day and explained his story about it. His wife was looking for a song to dance with her father at their wedding,and he suggested this song, but she was against it until she finally gave in. She cried while dancing b.c. her father was very ill. Less than a year after the wedding, he passed away. She plays this and cries because she remembers how much he loved her, and how much she loved him. His memory lives on in her heart and this song

I really love this song. me and my dad are extremely close. we can tell anything to each other. I would be devastated if i ever had to witness him on his death bed. this song will always be mine and my fathers song. this and My little Girl by Tim McGraw!!!

wow its hard to believe that anyone can NOT like this, 3 dislikes?? wow either they are blind and /or have hand coordination problems or are just heartless. i dont have a right to judge people but this is just the sort of song that everyone just should appreciate irrespective of whoever you are , whatever position you are in...
