Since you like the Kahr PM9 so much, figured you'd want to see it on night vision (hence my video comment).

Dude, I just Got a PM9 with the night sights, this is a very light weight tiny 9mm. cant wait to shoot it!!!they molded the receiver rails out of polymer, and it is part of the frame. I hope it is strong. this thing disappears into my pocket. I think Im going to sell my Keltec PF9. I never cared for glocks, i just didnt like the way it fit into my hand, glocks are ok, but Kahr is better. made right here, in the USA!!!

keltec make a good, you have to shoot about 200 rounds thru it to break it in. then they are very reliable, I had the P11, PF9, and the P3AT. any one of them is good for carry. the PF9 is a very good gun for the money, it is not as well made as a Kahr, but it will get the job done. I think keltec is a good choice, just break it in, shoot it alot. the P11, will accept smith + wession large capacity 59 series magazine. alot of firepower

I recommend the black Tungsten DLC (Diamond Like Coating). It looks great, and it's extremely hard. After over a year of pocket carry there is no indication of finish wear. It still looks brand new.
As you can see from the video, there is some muzzle flip, but there's less than any of the few comparably sized 9mm pistols. Kahr offset the feed ramp to the left and the trigger bar to the right to lower the bore axis to reduce muzzle flip. I think those are patented innovations.

ok, dude, you sold me, i will get one, I am originally from Worcester Massachusettes. and i have friends that work at the Kahr factory. I tend to leave my gun at home cause they too heavy, or bulky, alot of good they will do me htere. 9mm is a good self defense round.easy to shoot, abundant, and cheap thanks dude.

I can enthusiastically recommend the PM9. I usually go nuts researching, but I didn't with the PM9. I ordered it sight unseen, but couldn't be happier. Glock was my standard for pistol excellence, but now Kahr is my new standard of excellence. Best DAO trigger pull. Unbelievably accurate for such a small pistol. I tried to force a malfunction during break-in with extreme limp wristing, etc., and couldn't! I carry Corbon +P DPX. It loves them, but it eats anything (rare for a tiny CCW). A+++

hi, I am thinking of getting a Kahr PM9 , is it a reliable gun, and can it handle + P loads, how is the recoil?? please tell me about this gun before i drop $650.
thanks
I just got a Kahr MK40 in stainless steel, its a bit heavy for carry , but the extra weight is very good when it is fired. the craftmanship on this gun is outstanding. American made , right in my home town of Worcester Massachusetts. best trigger pull i have ever seen. I will choose a Kahr over a glock anyday.

Those Moonies sure make nice guns, eh?
:^)
I saw some sneak pictures of the new Kahr P380, their super tiny pocket .380. It looks like a PM9 or PM40, only smaller. I'm surprised they didn't call it the PM380. Maybe that was too much text for the little slide. Heh heh.
I'm glad you like your PM40. I started to get one, but I went with one more round in the PM9 and a very slightly smaller and lighter pistol. It could have gone either way. I think the 9 might be a bit more accurate for me.
