It is the Japanese version. I think they're saying the Swedish lyrics. With their accents, it's hard for me to tell.

In japanese it would go something like this: Watashitachi to odori, Kurappu yua hanzu, Watashitachi ga okonau yō ni okonau, Hidarigawa ni ikutsu ka no tejun o toru, Kiite manabu, Chansu o nogashite wa ikenai, Ima watashitachiha to koko ni iru, Kyaramerudansu.

Haters gonna hate. It is swedish, just some shitty accent. I'm sure of it because swedish is my other mother tongue.
