The Rolling Stones did some great covers, and here's and early one that feels just right!

  • Jeff,

Thanks! I did the same as a kid, then when we got older we would have party's with girls and we'd always put on a fast one, followed by a slow one. AHHHHH! Blame it on the STONES!

  • Beautiful & tastefully done .

Timeless classic, gets better with the years ♫

  • @sunnyand75 - Actually it has! It was released in England in 1965 on the Stones' 2nd British LP... And in America it was released on More Hot Rocks on 1972. The latter album is on CD (I think...) so if you want to listen to it on CD, feel free. By the way, I personally think it sounds GREAT!

  • The Stones did amazing cover versions.

  • j'ai acheté une guitare a cause du solo fantastique de keith richard dans ce morceau ! fort ! du lourd! super !!!

  • Well said! Their version of "I Can't Be Satisfied" still hasn't seen the light of day.

June 10-11, 1964 was a time to remember for the Rolling Stones at CHESS.

  • The stones started off with a wonderful raw, jungle sound. It wasn;t until they visited the famous Chess studios in Chicago that they perfected their amazing blues-rock sound, so evident in the mid-sixties. This song represents the first fruits of that amazing visit. What a biting guitar solo from Richards - he must have been really inspired meeting Muddy Waters and his other heros back in 1964.
