@laurajdahl before to cut anything you should check the continuity on the wiring harness from pin to terminal!! and if you have problems with that wire you should check if that wire is a ground or a signal, if that wire is the signal one from the ecu to oil pressure you should cut the wire near the ecu pin terminal and add a new wire from the ecu to the oil pressure sensor.

Would you know how to change some of the pin wiring on the engine (ex. for oil pressure sensor) from Pin to Blade terminals?
Would I cut the housing off of the wiring harness or is it better to put on an extension to change it that way?
