The Syrian crisis is a result of a coherent collective effort by a gang of foreign states - that's the message Syria's foreign minister laid out for the UN General Assembly.

International law professor Daoud Khairallah says that Syrians would never inflict such vicious destruction on their homeland and the fact that foreign fighters are involved in the war runs against the UN charter.

for USA Libya, Iraq, are not mistakes, because they destroyed those nations from inside, giving power to groups who are unable to defend their own interests, or prosperity.

The situation is spiraling out of control and unfortunately America may have to get involved at some point if the violence spreads like many fear it will to protect our allies and other western interests in the region. The whole situation is a cluster eff and is not as straight forward as many people believe

Yeah nothing is the right thing to do! I'm saying that if they were to intervene, they would have to purge both sides now. The rebels are too unstable to be given an entire country. I just hope the US learns from its mistake in Libya. Have you seen it now? Worse of than when Gaddafi was in control. No matter what happens, it will take Syrian decades to get back to its former self, all because of a sectarian fight. Its pathetic. Saudi and Qatar are to blame.

Now everyone says that but HOW do we replace the rebels once its over. We could arm pro western factions, but how could they possibly maintain control when it would be common knowledge that they got there solely due to our support. The Islamists won't take over Syria, not all of it at least for some time. Anarchy in Syria will mean Iran is deprived of an ally further isolating them which will strengthen our position in negotiations. So I think we're doing the right thing... Nothing

Why is the West supporting Islamic fundamentalists against the Syrian secular regime while, at the same time, fighting Islamic fundamentalism in Afghanistan?

This is ridiculous. You know why they're doing it? Jews. Kill all jews, then the world would sort itself out. Hitler was right. Muslims might be idiotic zealots, but Jews are evil.

Anyone looking for proof of the report only needs to type 'bnd syrien 95' into google. Many sites verify it. Syria is lost, but it doesnt mean it should be given to terrorists and mercenaries. If western governments actually valued intelligence over politics they would oust both assad and the rebels (who have become infested with al qaeda and fundamentalists) and put someone in power who actually represents the people. The US will literally be putting terrorists in control if the rebels win.
