@Civicboy1991 I think you'll find it's called VED. Many people still call it Road Tax and are thus easily fooled into thinking it pays for the roads that they use... and that it somehow gives them more right to the road than cyclists... yes, I know, such idiots do exist!! It hasn't been used to pay for the roads since the late 1930s though. Do try to keep up.

@sk93 Don't see the relevance - car drivers have all these and still do idiotic and dangerous things (as can be seen from my, and others', videos). As for wanting my grievances to be taken seriously... if a pedestrian gets hit by a car would you argue that they should have passed a test and be insured in order to get any form of serious response from the Police???

@sk93 I would imagine most people have personal liability insurance as part of thier house insurance so hopefully you weren't out of pocket due to the f*ckwit that took you out.
