It should be a woman's right to abort. If it is a logical choice to abort then it should be done. In Brazil it is illegal to abort, then you end up with babies in trash cans or on rail road lines because the mother didn't want it in the first place.

Issues like abortion and gay marriage should be handled at the state level, not the federal government. The US Supreme Court exceeded its powers by ruling on Roe v Wade.
