This clip is still a work in progress, but expresses some work in flexion and extension I've been working on. Enjoy :)

  • Hey steve,

you ever rest? if so how often?

  • @ilegrow That's a broad question. Of course I do, but what exactly are you referring to, can you be more specific?

  • @THEBODYPRACTICE yes i can, i'm sorry. For example. I try and train 4 days a week for 2 hours every day. On saturday sunday and wednesday i rest all day becasue i need to let my body relax becasue i have onyl been doing this for 8 months, do you rest in the same manner or some way similar?

    thanks! :)

    -Ian

  • @ilegrow Ian, I train at least six days a week. The biggest tool in your arsenal is work capacity. This should be a continued goal to make incremental progressive gains. You need to push yourself, and stay in touch with biofeedback in what your body is telling you. Details of this and program design is reserved for my online coaching. Keep loving your training practice, it's the key!

  • Impresive as always steve.

  • @FitnessFAQs Thank you :)
