  • This tax seems so random. Why not tax juice boxes that are high in sugar? Why not tax candy? Potato chips? Pizza? That arguement is valid and was totally glossed over. Besides.... a lot of people consume only diet soda. And when I was pregnant I LIVED on diet 7-up to settle my stomach. So we are going to tax things with medicinal purposes?

  • Just look at the cigarette tax... hasn't stopped folks from smoking.

    Government legislation isn't going to work. Individuals have to want to do it for themselves.
