good to see you guys in the US loving this movie as much as we do here in the UK. Call me ignorant but i wasnt sure if a lot americans would "get" this movie i.e. the mugging at the beginning etc. but that is simply what life is like for a worrying amount of kids over here, also how this movie deals with those issues without being preachy and intertwines that with each characters story arc is what i enjoyed most about this movie... plus he totally made that jump! great review!

Thank you for attacking that mental midget, Lasalle, who apparently thought it was the worst film of all time. He also was rooting against the kids in the film because he is one of those sheep Hollywood caters to who feel that your protagonists have to be pure as snow in order to gain audiences' sympathies.
