I was favorably impressed with the Polycom CX200 (aka Catalina). It's probably going to be outdated by the CX300 which is basically a full phone form factor (keypad, lcd, etc) I paid $60 for a new CX200 on ebay but most commonly they are about $125.00.
-Very solid feel, sits firmly on your desk
-Great Wide Band audio and speaker phone
-Mike picks up great
-No drivers required
-6ft USB cable
Cons
-If you don't have OCS Enterprise Voice turned on, picking up the handset does NOT answer Communicator call or hangup. (you need to click on Communcator to answer)
-On same token the presence LED/Logo on the Cx200 doesn't work either
